He has no working electricity at his home because of organized crime intentionally and knowingly putting him out of business in order to steal the hotel real estate property and his own home. He has also faced two fraudulent domestic violence criminal charges that were supposed to have been dismissed.\u00a0 Enzo Vincenzi further claims the perpetrators of the orchestrated and organized crimes against him were committed by what includes named attorneys, police officers, municipal officials, and judicial personnel.<\/p><p>There are also public allegations against OIJ director Michael Soto Rojas regarding the OIJ department engaging in conspiracy to murder and organized crimes against United States and other foreign investors, and that former Costa Rica President Rodrigo Chaves who currently serves as Minister of the Presidency and Minister of Finance, and President Laura Fernandez are &#8220;going after&#8221; the OIJ director for corruption crimes.
